Pulled rad, etc and plugged in (and eathed) a crank sensor.still error code 12.

I had figured the crank sensor was ok as it still ran even with the error code, but now no fire at all leaves me with either crank sensor or ecu (nothing has been changed since it was running)Įdit: OK.tried a manual Supra ECU.no dice. Still had code 12, still started.Ĭhecked resistance of crank sensor from the ECU plug (couldnt get to the crank sensor or plug under the turbos) and it seemed ok (pins 7 & 27 I think) Now wont start (did fire once, but wont start) Unplugged the cam sensors, cleaned (they were oily) and replugged in. Then did diagnostics, got a code 12 (cam sensor/crank sensor/ecu) at which point it still started.

Everything was working and the engine started and ran but wouldn't rev (major over fueling, coughing/splutter/backfire on half + throttle) Changed on the loom? Not a lot! Just wired from the Aristo engine loom/ECU to the JZA70 body loom.
